Still have not replied
I still haven’t received any payments since my payout request was approved on the 11th of Dec 2020, it’s now the 4th of February. I’ve once again spoken to the operators via my tangiers account and have emailed the accounting team who still have not replied saying that I need to wait yet again another week. I’ve never withdrawn before why is it taking so long?

Extremely hard
Extremely hard to get your withdrawal. I have been waiting over a month. Their live chat is useless as nobody gives you an answer and ignores constant requests for resolutions.
It doesn’t work
I won $3000 the end of Dec. I withdrew the money and they said they needed verification of who I was before I was paid out. I sent the info. Still have not been paid out and it has been over a month. I can’t even connect with live chat…it doesn’t work. no way to get in touch with anyone. I spent almost $800 of my own money.
This is just a scam
I have submitted all of my identification like requested several times. It is over a month and I still have not received any of my winnings. I even received confirmation that they would be processed this week. When I went on live chat to ask what the delay was I was told my winning were being held again. I feel frustrated and disappointed as of today I the impression I have is that this is just a scam. Hoping I’m wrong as it was fun to think I won something, I shouldn’t be gambling anyway.
Withdrawal was very difficult
Tried to do a withdrawal was very difficult they never did pay me my Money. They said it was credited back to account? Live chat was very hard to communicate with. Can’t call to talk to anyone.
Customer service is pointless
I won $800- it’s taken almost 4 weeks to get money. Customer service is pointless- they have no phone so only email. Give you the run around. I’ve used spin palace before got my money in 3 days- so waiting this long is annoying. Not to mention they hardly ever have bonuses.
Don’t respond to your emails
Their regulations say your withdrawal will take 24 hours. I have been waiting three weeks. Every time l contact them, they have a different reason. They have promised me twice it would be released. Live chat is no help as they are just reading how to reply and they don’t respond to your emails.
Ignore this site
Defy all laws of probability. By mere chance alone you should win something back but not here, don’t bother and I mean don’t bother. Probably trying to recoupe some revenue lost due to Corona virus or whatever but you won’t win nothing. No fun to be had here so take my advice and move along and ignore the generic response from them below. Heed my warning, fool you if you ignore.
I definitely don't recommend
I’ve played for the past two weeks, the winning are extremely low regardless of the stake as I tried various amounts. The free spins don’t pay like they do on the same games at various other casinos. Constantly depositing calculated to several thousands and not one single decent win. This casino has no plan on rewarding there members over 8 months ago they said they will roll our a new loyalty program for their players and all playing in the interim would have been considered to compensate and reward them.
Very disappointed
I opened an account with this sit at the start of the month only to be blocked after an hour because of a self exclusion with a linked account. Which in this case was correct. Only problem I have is that I was allowed to deposit £600 to which £300 is still in there. And not at any point has any money been sent back to me. I have been in contact by phone and sent a lot of messages and I literally have had only one reply in nearly a month. Live chat constantly resets and my messages are always been sent to the relevant team supposedly.feel very disappointed and feel like I have been left in limbo. Thanks

Not even a star worthy .Terrible .. if you click the deposit 30 box you BETTER put 30 in that box because if not your money will transfer and it will be gone .. and it will pretend they don’t know anything .. thieves must have stolen millions this way .. I’m still waiting on a 200 deposit I put in the wrong box … beware folks

Do not go anywhere near them, there customer service is absolutely horrific. Will be reporting them to the gambling commission for massive social responsibility failings which they fail to see or acknowledge. The worse of the worse, stay away.
