I have been sending nearly $10 to a cashier almost every single day. Finally, I tried to cash out last night but never received my payment. Now, they have blocked me on Facebook.

I deposited $20, lost, deposited another $20, lost, and then I deposited $10 and won $1531.31. The platform Playjuwa told me their company policy was to payout no more than $200 on a $10 deposit, which I deposit all the time. This particular $10 happened to be my last deposit, out of $1531, and roughly $270 was a jackpot. So how could that make any sense? If this isn’t corrected, I’ll make sure I go on social media and blast it to everybody. I can talk to you about how unfair it is. I know you guys do not operate this way, but these guys are working for you, and one of my friends too; I play online and if I’m not going to get paid, you guys will have to do something to rectify it. Reach out to the platform and find out why they made that decision, because I’m sure you paid them. They just kept the money.

They reimbursed me 70 dollars in freeplay on another game, which I thought was nice. Then I won 86 dollars. They wouldn’t reimburse me. What a rip-off! I want my money back! If I turned it in, they’d give me 5 bucks. I spent too much on their games! Don’t trust them.

Do not go there.They will rip you off like they did me. I sent them $26 and they only gave me $6 When I complained they took $20 from my account. I always record my screen so i have it all on video. I spun the hourly wheel and got 20 cents and i played until i hit about 41$ and i messaged asking about how much of it can i redeem and got told 40 and i replied not even seconds after their response and i’ve been ignored since and don’t know why it’s taking hours to get back with me when on their home page they reply within minutes on top of them already being active as is. My agent was supposed to cash me out 301.00 and took it off the game. Then they claimed it wasn’t ever on there for me to cash out.

Deposited $20 through throw down gameroom they deposited to orions stars. Won $374 after playing for about an hour. Never was notify that the game was glitching. Asked throw down gameroom they said hold please. I took a picture of my winnings. They then locked me out of my orions stars account claiming the game glitched. Completely disgusted. Throw down then tells me to deposit $100 and they send me $250. Yeah right so you can steal more money.

They will not cash you out if you win. I got them to pay me $100, that is it. I have $2000 in my account and now they will not even answer my messages.
